Integration
Integration is the sacred act of weaving what was revealed back into the fabric of our living. When we open to medicine, ceremony, or deep inner work, we are given a glimpse — a flash of truth, a remembering. But the journey does not end when the experience does. It is in the days, weeks, and months that follow where the real transformation takes root. Integration is how we honor what we were shown. It is how we tend the seeds that were planted in those expanded moments, bringing them gently into our relationships, our routines, our bodies, and our breath. We do not have to walk this path alone. With the right support, what felt overwhelming or fleeting can become wisdom that lives in us — steady, embodied, and real.

Quarterly Integration Call
Sunday November 29th, 2026 5pm PST
Integration is very important to us, and in the interest of supporting the community in their integration, we will be leading our Autumn 2026 quarterly integration call on Sunday November 29th at 5pm PST & Arizona Time/ 6pm MST/ 7pm CST/ 8pm EST. This is an opportunity to share with the community about your process of integration, engage in an integration workshop, and honor the time and work you have put into your personal journey. The integration call will be about an hour and a half long; feel free to join us for just half an hour for a sharing circle, to join us around 5:30pm for our journaling exercise, or to stay on with us for the entire call.

At Sunshine Psychotherapy I serve as both Owner and Lead Clinician, bringing over 20 years of expertise in addiction counseling to every client interaction. I am independently licensed in Arizona. I accept most major insurance plans so that medicine integration services can stay affordable based on your plan. I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time and I only see clients who are residents of the state of Arizona.
